“Aggressive beats and punchy yet melodic guitars set the tone -- it's fast and fun, raunchy and loud. They've taken angst, sadness, and frustration, and spat it out in the best possible way. It's a breath of crisp, pure, non-ironic air, and I love it.”

"Distance = Infinity" & "Cinder Bloc" Are Available Now Via RICE IS NICE
Back in 2015, DARTS delivered their debut album, ‘Below Empty & Westward Bound’. Rolling Stone described it as “crudely flipping from theatrical outbursts to bare-boned fragility without hesitation”.
The band has since spent time writing, recording and building a studio in their hometown Bendigo and are back with a double punch gift for fans. Both tracks, ‘Distance = Infinity’ and ‘Cinder Bloc’ were mastered by Grammy Nominated engineer Andrei Eremin and revisits their nostalgic sounds similar to the likes of Wavves, Modest Mouse, and The Breeders.
Their previous single ‘Aeroplane’ saw the band enter and stay in the Top 10 Amrap Metro Charts for a solid 8 weeks, and featured on Indie Shuffle, I OH YOU, London on the Inside, Monster Children and more.
‘Westward Bound’ and ‘Dead’ also both received critical acclaim with support from Triple J, Rolling Stone, Channel [V], Mess + Noise, Faster Louder and college radio in the US.
DARTS have performed on the Groovin The Moo main stage in Bendigo twice and were one of the only bands to perform 7 shows at Canadian Music Week in 2016 and have supported Bully (US) and Bleached (US) in Aus.
